Divisional Sales Director (Midwest)

We are searching for a dynamic Sales Director to lead our Central Division sales team, consisting of 4 Regional Managers, 1 Business Development Manager, and over 15 Territory Managers/Sales Representatives. Candidates should ideally be located in key Central U.S. markets, with a preference for those based in Chicago, IL. Please note that remote opportunities are not available for this role. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is essential. 



Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:
- Oversee P&L responsibility, maximizing market penetration and ensuring profitable transaction volumes.
- Set sales targets, develop strategies to increase transactions, revenue, and EBIT, and identify service quality improvements.
- Meet individual sales goals and lead the sales team, using company sales and marketing strategies to achieve overall objectives.
- Foster a high-performing team environment through collaboration and support, enabling the achievement of sales targets.

Team Management:
- Collaborate with the Sales Management Team to exceed sales goals.
- Hire, develop, and manage a diverse sales staff, providing coaching, performance evaluations, and oversight.
- Ensure that all team members are trained in sales techniques, policies, and procedures.

Sales Operations:
- Manage a critical P&L account, meeting targets for transactions, EBIT, and revenue.
- Lead and develop a diverse team, providing strategic direction and delivering measurable results.
- Analyze performance and competitive data, develop and execute expansion plans, and allocate resources effectively.
- Implement sales, pricing, marketing, and merchandising strategies to meet revenue and profit goals nationwide.
- Establish new sales relationships, negotiate with, and onboard new agents.
- Stay informed about competition and identify growth opportunities, including new products.
- Resolve service quality issues to support business growth.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 7-10 years of experience in sales leadership and management of multiple salespeople.
- Proven track record as a top sales producer, able to perform under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Strong competencies in customer focus, negotiation, strategic thinking, leadership, influence, persuasion, and communication.
- Previous experience in the Financial Services or Money Transfer industry is preferred.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) is required.

Divisional Sales Director Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 base, excluding bonus/commission. Starting compensation may vary based on location, experience, and skills.
