Johnson Fain, a renowned Architectural, Urban Design, and planning firm in Los Angeles, is actively seeking talented Urban Designers with a strong foundation in both Architecture and Urban Design. This position is ideal for creative thinkers who excel in conceptualizing and executing projects across various domains, including master planning, new town development, land use analysis, and facilities master planning.
Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop master plans, new town projects, and conduct land use analyses.
- Collaborate with a diverse range of clients, including universities, entertainment industries, public agencies, and government entities.
- Work on a variety of projects such as site feasibility studies, general and specific plans, and redevelopment initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Degree in Urban Design.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Skills:
- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, GIS, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and 3D visualization software (e.g., Rhino, Lumion, 3DS Max).
