Apprenticeship Opportunities in 2024
Union Bank of India and Indian Overseas Bank have announced the recruitment of 1050 apprentices for Apprenticeship Training across various locations. Eligible candidates can now apply online for these positions.

Start Date for Online Applications: 28th August 2024
• Last Date for IOB Applications: 10th September 2024
• Last Date for Union Bank of India Applications: 17th September 2024
Eligibility Criteria for Apprentices Recruitment 2024:
• Age Limit: Candidates should be between 20 and 28 years old.
• Educational Qualification:
- For Indian Overseas Bank, a graduate degree from a recognized university is required.
- For Union Bank of India, applicants must also hold a graduation degree from a recognized institution.
Vacancy Breakdown:
- Indian Overseas Bank: 550 vacancies
- Union Bank of India: 500 vacancies
Stipend Details:
• Indian Overseas Bank:
- Metro Cities: ₹15,000/month
- Urban Areas: ₹12,000/month
- Semi-Urban/Rural Areas: ₹10,000/month
• Union Bank of India: ₹15,000/month
Selection Process:
The selection process will include:
1. Online Test: This will assess General/Financial Awareness, General English, Quantitative & Reasoning Aptitude, and Computer Knowledge.
2. Local Language Test: Candidates must be proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the local language of the state they are applying for.
