Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Target Achievement: Drive sales by promoting Abbott's products to healthcare professionals. Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals as per the business strategy.
- Customer Engagement: Ensure customer interaction through regular visits as per the customer management plan. Organize CME (Continuing Medical Education) camps based on division strategy.
- Product Launches: Assist in the successful launch of new products and keep customer lists updated according to therapy and division.
- Brand Management: Conduct prescription audits and generate POBs (Purchase Order Books) for Abbott brands. Monitor and compare performance against competitors.
- Digital Integration: Adopt digital tools like iPads (if applicable) in line with Abbott’s standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Applicants must hold a B.Sc., B. Pharma, or any relevant graduate degree.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Representative is required.
