- Expertise in low code development platforms like Mendix, Power Platform, or Appian.

- Ability to draw out user stories from clients and map these to process diagrams and requirement documents.

- Relevant certifications in low code or general development.

- Solid consistent thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

- Analytical mindset with a solid understanding of computing fundamentals.

- Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.

- Confidence in conveying complex concepts in simple terms.
