Whirlpool is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable (A/P) Associate to join their team in Gurugram. This role involves managing and overseeing AP accounting activities, including invoice processing, handling GRIR, resolving blocked invoices, leading improvement projects, transitioning new processes, and supporting MIS requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Invoice Processing: Manage direct and indirect invoice processing.
- Goods Received/Invoices to be Received (GRNs) Management: Oversee open GRNs.
- KPI Delivery: Ensure key performance indicators are met.
- Project Management: Support and manage various projects.
- Transition Support: Assist in the transition of new processes.
- Dashboard Reporting: Generate and manage reports for dashboards.
- Vendor Reconciliations: Reconcile vendor accounts.
- Debit Balance Management: Handle debit balance accounts.
- Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with process regulations.
- Query Management: Address and resolve queries related to the AP process.
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: B.Com or M.Com degree.
- Experience: 3-5 years in Shared Services A/P processes.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) and Record to Report (R2R) is advantageous.
- Stakeholder Management: Experience managing US-based stakeholders is essential.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles.
- SAP: Proficiency in SAP.
- Excel: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Transition Experience: Preferred but not mandatory.
- Lean Certification: Preferred but not mandatory.
- Process Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end AP processes.
- Organizational Navigation: Ability to work within a highly matrixed organization.
- Stakeholder Management: Capable of managing multiple stakeholders and setting expectations.
