In this role, you will play a pivotal part in fostering meaningful relationships between our organization and external stakeholders, advocating for legislative changes to support our business and sustainability goals.

Responsibilities:

 - Cultivate relationships with external stakeholders to advocate for legislative changes and support policy development.

- Drive local projects aligned with business and sustainability strategies.

- Act as a liaison between central departments such as Sustainability, Legal, and Communication.

- Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on local opportunities and challenges.

- Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.

 

Requirements:

 - Bachelor's/master's degree in business, economics, international law, or related field.

- 10-12 years of experience in stakeholder engagement within the private sector or development sector.

- Expertise in labor and environmental standards.

- Experience in engaging with senior levels of government and working in matrix organizations.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.
